Alaska Botanical Garden where northern horticulture and native plants are showcased throughout a 110 acre spruce and birch woodland in Anchorage, Alaska. Alaska Botanical Garden opened in 1993, is open year-round, and charges admission.

Georgeson Botanical Garden is a botanical garden located at 117 West Tanana Drive on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus in Fairbanks, Alaska, USA. It is designed to allow the public to learn about plant culture in the far north. The GBG is one of five botanical gardens in the nation to be a satellite test garden for the International Hardy Fern Foundation.


Jensen-Olsen Arboretum

Juneau, Alaska

The Jensen easement lies in the Green Zone directly off glacier highway 24 miles northwest of downtown Juneau, and sits adjacent both to public land managed as reserves and other private land. In addition, the property contains an expansive garden and arboretum to be managed and used for public education.
